Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from Borthwick Vineyard.

Viticulture:
As the vines age another year, we notice a more uniform regularity in their behaviour as they accept the favorable environment and climate for producing premium grapes. Hand tended until the day of harvesting, the new harvester respectfully and gently removed the grapes from the vine and allowed the vines to relax and prepare for winter.

Tasting Notes: The 2002 Sauvignon Blanc shows characteristic passion fruit, nettle and gooseberry aromas, with intensely mouth filling tropical fruit flavours. This is a wine that follows the style and quality of the 2000/2001 gold medal winning wines.
