Winemaking: Hand picked, whole bunch pressed and transferred to a combination of French and American oak for fermentation with natural and cultured yeasts. A partial malolactic fermentation with aging on gross lees before being racked filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes: The 2002 Chardonnay shows aromas of white peach and grapefruit with a hint of oak. A long lingering finish, leaving a wealth of flavors on the palate. Further complexity is achieved from traditional barrel fermentation, extended lees contact and minimal filtering. Excellent balance and concentration of flavors.
